One day class (6 hours).

The Cake Sculpting Class covers the fundamentals of sculpting and transforming cartoon shapes into cake sculptures. After completing this class, each trainee will be able to sculpt any cartoon shape into a cake.

Course Contents:

Constructing the Internal Structure and Supports for Cake Sculptures
- Learn how to build the internal framework and supports for cake sculptures.
Cake Carving and Sculpting with Proper Proportions
- Master the art of cutting and sculpting cakes with correct proportions.
Cake Filling and Ganache Coating
- Understand cake filling techniques and wrap cakes with ganache.
Fondant Covering for Cakes
- Explore the process of covering cakes with fondant.
Feature Sculpting and Assembly
- Sculpt facial features and assemble them according to desired proportions.
Using Wafer Paper and Creating Edible Flowers
- Discover how to use wafer paper and craft edible flowers.
Random Floral Designs on Sugar Paste
- Learn to create spontaneous floral patterns on sugar paste.
Personalized Cake Projects
- Each trainee will work on their own unique cake project.
Course Materials and Cake Recipe
- Trainees will receive a comprehensive booklet containing all course materials and the cake recipes.

Each trainee will receive a certificate of attendance and course completion.

All essential training session supplies will be provided.

The work will be on a pre-prepared real cake.
